Sales Training 2
A manufacturer of egress products needed to train its sales force and also inform and educate distributors and contractors about a new product line. Like a similar program we designed for a lighting controls manufacturer, the challenge here was to create an interactive program which would train sales personnel in the product line and also become a "leave-behind" with technical data for distributors and contractors.
Solution -- Multi-purpose CD-ROM:
Nareka created an interactive program that allowed the sales force to demonstrate products, features and benefits. It also contained very specific technical information, including applications of each product. The program was so successful that this company asked us to provide additional programs for two sister companies. The program is now available to distributors and contractors online via a password protected site.
