HR Orientation
Create an orientation program for the 12,000+ employees of the various enterprises of a major hotel/casino entertainment group. The goal was to educate employees in the historical origins of their employer and inform them of the legal ramifications of working at some of their enterprises.
Solution --
17 minute, Documentary Program:
After 8 months of extensive historical research, Nareka developed a comprehensive program depicting the history of their group. Antique documents dating from the early 1700s, artists' renderings of historical scenes, motion table graphics as well as video, narration and music were utilized to achieve our goal. The result was a 17 minute, PBS-style video program which entertained and informed. Senior tribal council members were so impressed with the outcome they included it in their museum and repurposed portions of it to be played at various establishments throughout the casino.
