Employee Assistance Orientation
An established provider of employee assistance programs needed to create an orientation program for its new business model. The presentation had to apply to different industries yet seem tailored to the employee viewing it.
Solution --
8 minute, Multi-media Program:
Nareka developed a program using various types of media. A creative approach was applied to the script which included testimonials, video shot for the project as well as stock footage. The final program was delivered on DVD and streaming media for web based deployment. The client was so happy with the program they engaged us to create two additional programs including one for supervisors on how to tactfully refer employees with personal problems to new employer sponsored services.
