Challenge -- Interactive Training Manual
A national corporation which sells and leases large multi-function print/copy machines (MFP) was inundated with requests for training on machines purchased by customers. These MFP's are typically installed in major corporations and organizations requiring high output volume with cost accounting features. New functions appeared in each new version. Customers found the changes to be overwhelming and complex. The sales force could not handle the requests for customer training and it simply became cost prohibitive to provide a dedicated support group to field these calls. They needed a simple but comprehensive training vehicle for customers.

Solution -- Interactive Training CD-ROM:
Working with the sales and service staff, Nareka designed a user-friendly CD-ROM program. It was important that it perform from non-resident media because large corporate IT departments typically do not allow programs to be installed on client side computers. The interface was clean and intuitive and all lessons were designed to be accessed separately rather than in a linear fashion. In addition to lessons, the program on the CD-ROM contained typical maintenance required for these MFP's, demonstrated through digital video.
