Challenge -- Medical Distance Learning
A Fortune 500 insurance company needed to keep medically and non-medically trained personnel in field offices across the country informed about the most current medical trends as they relate to a claim handlers' position.

Solution -- Meeting Support, Multi-Purposed Content and CE LMS:
Nareka prepared and deployed content to participating sites. We video taped as well as directed live switching of the video tele-conference. Each teleconference was made available for viewing via a web site designed specifically for this purpose. After each conference, content was re-purposed for interactive continuing education programs. To manage the programs we designed and implemented a Learning Management System where employees would log in, view and print collateral materials, watch the program, and then obtain continuing education certification after successfully passing an interactive test.
