Coordinated Campaign
A major property and casualty insurer needed to roll out new software to its claim handlers for streamlining claim processing. Senior management was aware of so-called "initiatives" introduced on a regular basis and was looking for a unique approach to informing users of this new program rollout.
Solution --
Video, Animated Announcements and Interactive Games:
Nareka met with future users of the program prior to crafting a rollout campaign. As conservative as the insurance industry is, our track record gave senior management confidence that our unique approach would be successful. We designed a campaign that included a video set in the future reflecting on the insurance industry and how innovators like our client revolutionized it. We also created animated characters that used "claimspeak" and responded exactly as the future users would. This realistic approach using cartoons became memorable. The campaign also included animated weekly teasers and interactive games.
