Documentary Video 2
A Fortune 500 financial services company wanted an inspirational message to open its annual meeting of 300+ managers. Research showed that many top producers were community minded. Senior management realized if these managers could inspire their employees to volunteer in various community organizations or projects the company would also gain.
Solution --
Documentary video and video new release:
First, a group of more than 50 candidates had to be distilled to 6 due to a time limit of 5 minutes each. Nareka worked with senior management to determine the best candidates for the video. We traveled to 8 locations from the northwest coast to the heartland to New England and the citrus belt to videotape candidates and their co-workers. Our experience of asking the "right" questions to the interviewees garnered answers which became the story's narration. Once a rough cut was approved Nareka suggested splitting up the content on dual projection screens for maximum impact during the meeting presentation. The program was a success and the message was so effective the video was later made available to all 5000+ employees.
