First established in 1985 to produce video and audio projects, Nareka expanded its scope in 1994 to include interactive CD-ROMs and computer based applications. DVD production, which promised to be a more robust combination of interactive video, was added in 1997. In 1998, Nareka became a pioneer in web based training applications when it formed a strategic relationship with the New Jersey Institute of Technology to create SMIL and push technology programming. Today we continue to use cutting edge technology in all aspects of our interactive programs.
Nareka works closely with independent contractors including, but not limited to graphic artists, animators, writers, videographers, as well as other multimedia production companies. Much of the production and approval process with our clients is done via the internet thus removing location restrictions formerly attached to this industry.
